24. BALABAN MIXED WORKS AUCTION
The value is determined by the date, the value by the demand...
Online auctions are subject to the provisions of Article 274 of the Turkish Code of Obligations and remain outside the scope of the general provisions of the distance sales contract regulated in Article 48 of the Consumer Law, for this reason, the person participating in the auction does not have the right to "cancel the sale, right of withdrawal or give up the purchase" after the auction. If the bidder fails to pay the full price of the bidding works within 7 days, he/she has the right to terminate the balaban auction sales contract and collect all the losses incurred, together with the commercial interest and 5% monthly interest to be accrued from the date of the commission invoice. Participants are deemed to have accepted these conditions in advance when they bid.
